Tea Cyan TieGuanYin(Chinese Name: 铁观音)

Etymology: The name of  tea tree variety. Literal translation “Iron Goddess of Mercy”

JIT Code: TCT01

Color  :emerald green pearl (dry leaves), bright clear golden yellow (liquor) green leaves with reddish edges (after-steeping leaves)

Aroma:  floral, fruity, fragrant

Appearance:  tightly rolled pearls

Taste: complex layers of tastes, strong and mellow, smooth, buttery

Health Benefits: help with weight loss,  detoxicate, help in preventing esophageal cancer

Property: cool to neutral depending on the degree of oxidation

Brewing Methods:  Purple clay teapot best, GaiWan good, quickly rinse the tealeaves (5 seconds) then discard the infusion
